Hooking up with a cooking class at Fishbar is easy!
We hold classes each Sunday through the month of June, starting at 5. In July & August we hold classes Sunday – Thursday from 11 – 1. Cost per class is $65 per person, or $55 if you book for two.
Participant will be given a cutting board with the day’s ingredients on it. Chef Jennifer will instruct each person on the techniques of cutting and preparing the food, then each person will have the chance to make their own delectable dish.
Once everyone has finished preparing their meal, the whole group will sit down and enjoy their meal together while enjoying the water views and spectacular sunsets that make Montauk special.
A full bar is available for those wishing to purchase wine, beer, or sample our array of fine tequillas, vodkas, gins and rums. Water and soda are available at no additional cost. If you have a favorite knife, you are encouraged to bring it; if not, we will provide one.
If you are interested in signing up, please call the restaurant at 631.668.6600 and ask to speak to Jennifer or Daniel. We will ask for your credit card to hold the reservation, although no charges will be made until the day of the class. Reservations may be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
