We may be offering cooking classes between lunch and dinner throughout the summer, but have not decided yet. Please check back later or call.
Otherwise, we will resume classes sometime in September.
Limited to 12 people, each participant will be given a cutting board with the night’s ingredients on it. Jennifer and sous-chef Travis Graham will instruct each person on the techniques of cutting and preparing the food, then each person will have the chance to pan sear, bake, grill, saute, or poach their dinner to perfection.
Once everyone has finished preparing their meal, the whole group will sit down and enjoy their meal together while enjoying the water views and spectacular sunsets that make Montauk special.
A full bar is available for those wishing to purchase wine, beer, or sample our array of fine tequillas, vodkas, gins and rums. Participants may also invite their friends or spouse to dinner for an additional $20 per person (which does not include the lesson). If you have a favorite knife, you are encouraged to bring it.
If you are interested in signing up, please call the restaurant at 631.668.6600 and ask to speak to Jennifer or Daniel. We will ask for your credit card to hold the reservation, although no charges will be made until the day of the class. Reservations may be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
