Fishbar features a local Montauk coastal cuisine that is simple, yet bursting with flavor and presented in a way that is intuitive and unexpected.
Fishbar made Newsday’s list of the top 10 seafood restaurants on Long Island for 2013 – thanks Newsday! We’re extremely honored. You can read more about it here.
You can view pictures of our food or read about some of our signature dishes below.
Our Hoppin’ John with Scallops is a tasty dish featuring jasmine rice, applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, and fresh pesto. The Scallops come from Mike, Captain and Owner of the Endangered Species.
Our Tilefish dish uses deep-water Tilefish from the Kimberly, a local boat owned by Dan Farnham. Our lobsters come from a variety of boats, and we recommend you check out The Fishbar, a huge platter consisting of two lobsters, 10 clams, 10 mussels, 10 shrimp, grilled chorizo, grilled corn & potatoes. You won’t go home hungry!
