Fishbar features a local Montauk coastal cuisine that is simple, yet bursting with flavor and presented in a way that is intuitive and unexpected.

Our Hoppin’ John with Scallops is a tasty dish featuring jasmine rice, applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, and fresh pesto. The Scallops come from Mike, Captain and Owner of the Endangered Species.
Our Tilefish dish uses deep-water Tilefish from the Kimberly, a local boat owned by Dan Farnham. Our lobsters come from a variety of boats, and we recommend you check out The Fishbar, a huge platter consisting of two lobsters, 10 clams, 10 mussels, 10 shrimp, grilled chorizo, grilled corn & potatoes. You won’t go home hungry!
Fishbar features a full bar, an expansive wine list, and a rotating selection of seven craft draft beers. Don’t forget to try our Sangria!
