4/26/12 Update: We are presently looking for: (1) a chef de cuisine, (2) line cooks, (3) dishwashers, (4) waiters for middle of the season.
Fishbar is open early May through mid-October. We are looking for waiters, bussers, bartenders, line cooks & dishwashers. We are locally owned and owner-operated. You can expect to work hard and learn a lot about food, beer & wine. You’ll have a great time at one of the best summer resort towns in the Hamptons and hopefully walk away with a lot of cash. This is one of the best Montauk jobs available!

When listing what your availability is, please list the exact dates you will be in Montauk; “for the summer” or “I’m here until August” are not specific enough. Housing can be difficult to secure, so if you are coming from another country or state, please wait until after you secure housing before applying for a job. We do not hire people without an in-person interview; we would be happy to set up a date for that interview once you are in town. Interviews generally start towards the end of May.
